Passing out and collecting order forms can be a big headache; and how many parents never receive them because they missed that practice, or forget them at home? How many don’t bring their check book to photo day, or don't know if their spouse already filled a form out? We’ve all seen just how much the photo day process is slowed down and how much chaos evolves when this happens.

Our Online Photo Registration (OPR) system enables parents to place their orders prior to photo day through a secure website, and simply print/bring a receipt with them instead (think airline tickets)!!

• Vastly improves the efficiency of photo day itself; as we won’t have so many parents crowding around a table making selections

So how does the process work?  It’s really simple:

• Parents are directed to your league’s customize, secure OPR page via e-mail and through link placed on your league homepage.
• Once there, they’ll follow a series of simple steps to view package options and make a purchase
• After an order has been placed, an e-mailed a bar-coded receipt with instructions for printing and bringing with them to photo day is sent to the parent (not to worry if they lose/forget it – we can handle this on-site, and it’s much quicker than a forgotten hard-copy form).
• Reminder e-mails are sent periodically in advance of photo day.
• Our staff on-site will collect the receipt and take the photo.
• Traditional hard-copy forms can be passed out as well, and will of course be available on-site for parents that do not have an e-mail address/home computer or that are more comfortable purchasing in this way.

Perhaps most importantly, there’s no additional cost at all – only benefit!
