Your coach should be providing you with a blank order form 7-14 days prior to the scheduled photo day. To ensure a smooth, on-time photo experience you should decide if/what you’d like to purchase beforehand; complete the personal information and order sections IN THEIR ENTIRETY; enclose payment; and bring with you to photo day.

When you arrive on photo day, find your coach/group and stay together as a group. Sportography staff members will be actively seeking out coaches in accordance with our pre-designed photo schedule, and moving groups to the appropriate photo station when their turn comes up. Please be punctual, if not early!! Your coach or the organization should have informed your group of their specific photo time. Since we will most likely have groups scheduled throughout the day, we cannot afford to wait very long for late-shows and stragglers. Your group will be photographed at your scheduled time, so if you don’t want to miss the groups photo – be prompt.

If you didn’t complete your order form ahead of time and bring it with you, please visit our display tables first to get an extra copy and see some product samples. Our staff can also help you make selections and provide additional instructions for completing the form as needed. Once complete, enclose payment and have your child hold on to their form. When we line-up the group, we’ll collect the forms from each individual as we take their picture. Make sure your child turns their form into our photographer, or they will not receive their photos. Even if you’re not purchasing individual photos, we ask that you show up for the group shot.

After photo day, our customer service department is available to answer any questions you may have about your order. Feel free to complete the Customer Service form, or call 877.792.9257 option 1. When you call, please have the packing slip that came in your picture package handy – as we’ll need you to identify a few of the reference numbers indicated.

We understand the photo process should be smooth running, efficient and fun! To achieve this goal, please follow these simple guidelines. Through a team effort, we’ll achieve this end.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Do I have to pay for photos on photo day?
A: Yes, payment is required on photo day. Your coach/instructor should be passing out blank order forms for you 1-2 weeks prior to photo day. You should complete this and bring it with payment enclosed on photo day to place an order.

Q: Can I get all of my children in the same photo?
A: Of course! We love sibling shots - just inform our staff on site of your wish. Please note that if you intend to have your children photographed individually as well, a separate form will need to be completed for each.

Q: Can I pay with one check for all my children?
A: Ideally, no. It's very difficult to reconcile payments after the event - so we prefer if you enclose a separate payment in each order form. This will prevent us from accidentally sending you an invoice.

Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: Sportography accepts cash, check and credit cards. Cash and check should be enclosed and sealed in the form. Credit card info. is entered right on the form itself. Please note Sportography employees CANNOT PROVIDE CHANGE on-site.

Q: What if I have a problem with my order?
A: Our full-time customer service department is here to help Monday-Friday, 9:00a-5:00p! Either call us at 877-792-9257 option 1, complete and return the full-color 'Bloopers' flyer that will be enclosed with your order, or visit the Customer Service section of the website for assistance.

Q: What's a memory mate?
A: Please visit the Product Guide section of our website for pictures and descriptions of all our exciting products.

Q: I can't make my group's scheduled photo time; can I come early for an individual?
A: Sure, come at any time if all you're getting is the individual shot. Simply inform our staff on-site of your situation.

Q: Can I wait to see if I like the photo before placing an order?
A: Unfortunately no. We work on a pre-pay basis traditionally, and you need to place an order and make payment first. However all work comes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee, so if you're unhappy you'll receive a refund or re-shoot at your request.
