- Attend a Re-shoot?
- For best availability please contact our Customer
Service Center toll-free at 877-792-9257 option 1 within 10
business days of receiving your package. We will work hard
to accommodate your schedule and locate an opportunity close
to your home.
- Want a Refund?
- Please print the form below and return to the address
provided along with the pictures that you would like
refunded. Please allow 2-3 weeks for refunds to be
processed and mailed.
After 90 days of the date the original package was shipped your
re-shoot/refund option will expire. Instead, you will be
issued a coupon equivalent to the value of the product/package that
is returned. This coupon can be used at any
Sportography event within one year of the date issued.
Orders placed after photo day are not returnable for a
refund/coupon.
